Sitting wedges are used to lift and tilt the pelvis, this helps to relieve pressure on the spine and interverterbral discs.  This pressure is one of the main causes of lower back pain.  Sissel have a range of sitting wedges to suit most needs. 
The Sit Special 2 in 1 is a wedge with a coccyx cut out, this removes the contact between the coccyx and the sitting wedge, reducing pain.  There is a visco elastic "in fill" for the coccyx cut out.  The cover has a non slip base for extra security.
