Franklin Method books by Eric Franklin

Eric Franklin's back ground is in dance and in 1986 started to develop a method for re-educating the body's dysfunctions by using balls and rollers as tools to facilitate controlled movements and body imagery.  The use of imagery and biomechanics becomes a powerful tool to correct movement, improve balance and increase performance.  He is a lecturer and has writen several books based on imagery and body function - The Franklin Method.
