We do reserve the right to change product design and specification at any time without prior notice. The actual colour of products may be different to the colours shown on the website.
Sissel use a next working day delivery service, this is not guaranteed but most deliveries are achieved the next working day. Couriers deliver between 8.30 AM and 5.30 PM. Orders received will be shipped the next working day, or same day if received before 12 noon.
Timed and Saturday delivery services are available on request. A carriage surcharge is applied to all timed and Saturday deliveries.
Delivery service is based on UK mainland post codes only. Any delivery to an UK post code "off shore" eg. Isle of Skye, Northern Ireland etc., may take longer and normally is subject to a carriage surcharge. Deliveries to some post codes in Scotland are subject to a carriage surcharge.

Notification of damage or shortage must be made within 2 working days.
In the rare event of damage or shortage the following must be notified to Sissel.
1) Your name, address and contact phone number.
2) When and how, you can be contacted.
3) Consignment number on delivery package, along with the Courier’s name.
4) Order number.
5) What is the nature of the damage or shortage.
6) Please retain the damage item(s) for inspection.
7) Please retain all packaging including the shipping packaging for inspection.
8) In the case of damage occurring during shipping and the damage is obvious. DO NOT ACCEPT the package. Telephone our office on the number shown below and inform us as to why the package was refused.
9) In the case of shortage please retain ALL packaging including the shipping packaging. The initial contact can be made by telephone, fax or email.
Sissel and it's couriers accept no responsibility for items left other than with the recipient named on the delivery documents.
All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice and those charged will be the prices in force at the time of placing the order.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Payment must be made and taken before any good are shipped.
Cooling off period - The purchaser has 7 working days from receipt of the goods to cancel the order. This cancellation must be in writing. By letter, fax or email. The purchaser has a further 7 working days to return the item(s) cancelled during the cooling off period.
Cancelled orders - The purchaser at their expense must return the cancelled order. Returned item(s) must be unused and undamaged to receive a refund equal to the cost of the item(s), the initial shipping charge is non-refundable.
The purchaser is responsible for the return of the item(s). Sissel UK is not responsible for any or part of any returned item(s) lost or damaged in transit from the purchaser. This applies to ALL item(s) returned to Sissel UK, what ever the reason for the return.

Sissel accept no responsibility for any personal injury or damage that might be the result of using any product or equipment.
Sissel strongly suggest that medical advice is sought and taken before using any Sissel product or equipment. Using Sissel products and equipment without medical advice is the purchaser’s own choice and Sissel can not be held responsible for any changes to any existing medical condition now or in the future.
