OOV.......rehabilitation, exercise, decompression of the spine and muscle activation
Developed by an Australian Osteopath and Neuroscientist - Daniel Vladeta.
The ergonomic shape of the Oov is designed to match the curves of the spine.
The Oov offers significant benefits for the welfare of the back.
The Oov is designed to be unstable and it is this instability that triggers the deep core muscles to help you maintain your balance. Initially you can use your arms and legs to help you stabilise your position.
The Oov can be used on any flat surface
Use of a folded towel to help maintain the correct posture whilst keeping the head in a neutral position.
The Oov is a multi discipline tool that can be utilised in Pilates, fitness, yoga and rehabilitation.
The Oov is available in 3 sizes:
Please ensure that you are using the correct size for your height and weight. It is important that you position yourself correctly on the OOV. You should not experience any pain or discomfort when laying on the Oov, if you do please reposition yourself or check the sizing.
Manufactured from a high quality foam the Oov is very durable. Due to the manufacturing processes, your Oov may have slight creases or small depressions. The colour is not uniform. These elements are quite normal and do not indicate abnormal wear of the Oov. Keep your Oov clean by using mild detergent and a damp cloth, do not immerse or soak your Oov.
